Tamarack's Model 161-OA is a manual optical alignment system, utilizing Collimated UV light for accurate pattern replication. This system is designed for applications requiring both top to bottom artwork alignment, and panel to artwork alignment.

Feature Descriptions

PANEL TO ARTWORK REGISTRATION:

The Micro Adjust exposure drawer designed by Tamarack, provides an accurate means of manually aligning artwork to artwork and panel to artwork. Separate X, Y and Theta adjustment controls provide precision alignment capability.

ALIGNMENT VIEWING SYSTEM

The Optical Alignment system provides the operator with a highly magnified view of the targets used in the alignment process. Motorized camera zoom lenses and ring light illuminators provide ease of alignment. The viewing monitor(s) is remotely located above the exposure drawer for easy viewing of the alignment process.

RESOLUTION

High efficiency, high quality optics are vital for precise, repeatable photo imaging of fine line features. Tamarack’s in-house optical design and vertically integrated manufacturing facilities, combined with strict quality control, allow its user to obtain features below 1 mil. (0.001"). Accurate replication means high yields
