Tamarack Scientific unveils the M420 Series Excimer Laser Ablation Stepper
September 2010 – Corona, California – Tamarack Scientific announced today the launch of its 6th Generation of Excimer Laser Ablation Steppers, the M420 Series. Since 1987, Tamarack Scientific has been a leading manufacturer of Excimer ablation systems and the M420 Series offers many enhancements over previous generations – a 30% improvement in throughput, finer alignment accuracy, improved beam characteristics and active process monitoring. The M420 also offers one of the largest ablation field-of-views (FOVs) in the industry, up to 100mm in diameter. First delivery of the M420 will take place in the fourth quarter of 2010.
